We Meet (In-Person or Video call) A conversation with one of our designers to explore how you use your space, what's working, what feels off, and the atmosphere you want to create. We'll discuss your style preferences, functional needs, and budget. 3. We Deliver a Tailored Proposal Following our conversation, we'll develop a preliminary concept and budget, and provide a detailed proposal document outlining the full scope of work, design fees, and next steps. 4. We Design, Source & Install Upon approval, we move through our structured phases — Concept Design, Schematic Design, Tender Documentation, Purchasing & Procurement, and Installation & Styling — managing everything from custom joinery design to final styling. What's Included Concept Design: Mood boards, design direction, and overall aesthetic vision Space Planning: Optimised furniture layout to improve flow and functionality FF&A Selection: Furniture, fixtures, accessories, art, soft furnishings, and decorative lighting — fully curated Custom Joinery: Design of built-in storage, shelving, or bespoke pieces as needed Documentation: Detailed specifications and schedules for all items Purchasing & Procurement: Order placement, tracking, and quality control Installation & Styling: Final placement of all items, art hanging, and full styling Important Details Ideal for homes that don't require structural changes or contractor management We handle everything from concept to completion — you approve each item before any purchase Custom joinery designed to maximise storage and complement your space What This Is Not No structural changes, no wall removal, no plumbing or electrical work, no contractor management.
