How We Work Our process spans five phases: Concept Design, Schematic Design, Tender Documentation, Sourcing & Procurement, and Construction Implementation & Installation. We work closely with you at each stage, ensuring every detail aligns with your vision, lifestyle, and budget. Timelines vary depending on project scale, complexity, external factors, and client decision-making — we'll provide a realistic schedule tailored to your specific project. What's Included Spatial Design: Full interior layout, flow optimization, joinery design, kitchen and bathroom design (based on existing layouts) Material Curation: Unified material, finish, and colour palette throughout the residence FFE Selection: Furniture, lighting, art, accessories, styling items — fully curated Documentation: Detailed drawings, schedules, and specifications for contractor pricing and execution 3D Visualisation: Photorealistic renderings of key spaces Procurement: Order placement, tracking, and coordination for all FFE items Site Supervision: Regular site visits throughout construction Installation & Styling: Final installation, styling, and handover What Happens After you book : Once you book, we'll schedule an initial consultation to discuss your vision and project requirements.
